One week until The Wards Will Fall launches!

Some quick housekeeping notes.

I continue to be completely humbled by the response and support I have received so far with this serialized novel newsletter project. And it hasn't even started yet! To everyone who has signed up so far and cheered me on—you're proving what this is all about. Seriously, I can't thank you enough.

The Wards Will Fall releases next week! Are you ready?

I sure as shit am excited for things to start. For those of you who snagged the sneak peek copy of the first two chapters—I hope you're prepared for things to go even further off the rails for Maxwell in a few weeks. (And if you didn't grab the first two chapters and want to read, let me know! I appreciate you being here early and am happy to make sure you get a chance.)

Now, here's what I got for you:

  • Be sure to check out The Wards Will Fall landing page for links to everything you'll need to get started reading, including the chapter list and FAQs.
  • Chapters will release every Monday, starting October 27th. I expect the first book to wrap up in about a year. Once it's complete, it'll get a fancy edit pass with my amazing editor and then be released as a physical book and ebook. I'm already getting started taking notes for book 2 that will subsequently be serialized in the same way.
  • You can read either directly from the email sent on Mondays or through the website.
  • The first five chapters will be publicly posted, which means you won't need to login to read these.
  • A streaming link for the audio narration will be in the email and also available on the chapter page.
  • If you have any questions or comments, feel free to reply to emails I send! Comments are enabled on every post as well.

I also just released two paid tiers if you're interested in sneak peeks of art, other projects, or want to be able to read three chapters ahead. So if any of that sounds of interest to you in the future, check it out.

Thanks again for being here. I hope you're ready to have a disastrously delightful time.
